An iron door swings inward revealing your first glimpse of this magnificent villa and the grounds that lay beyond .. a grand two acre estate with flowering gardens and fruit trees, finely manicured lawns, private pool, tennis court and much, much more!

This Cozumel vacation villa sits on the outskirts of San Miguel, about 3 kilometers from town.  Casa Erika is close enough to take advantage of all that the town has to offer, yet is situated in very private surroundings.   The outdoors was meant to be enjoyed, and this couldn't be more true at Casa Erika.  Pick your pleasure ... perhaps a challenging game of table tennis, swimming and lounging around the pool, enjoying a vigorous game of tennis or basketball, dining al fresco under the palapa, or sipping morning coffee on the terrace ... there is so much to do at this very chic home away from home, that you will be hardpressed to ever leave the grounds.   Traveling with the kids?  This is definitely the place to keep them involved.  No more "Mom, I'm bored, I have nothing to do".

The main house is definitely spacious enough for your large group.  Double french doors open to terraces just off of the living and dining room areas, which are just adjacent to the large kitchen.  You will find two dining tables with seating for up to ten (one for the kids and one for the adults) and every kitchen convenience you might need, including a built in wine rack.   The living room space has a simply incredible wall mural that is sure to be a favorite with everyone ... a truly special piece of Cozumel reef art!  This first level of the main house also houses a bedroom with double bed accommodation and en suite bath.

The master bedroom with king bed accommodation and private bath with shower and jacuzzi tub, can be found just at the top of the stairs, on the second level of this great villa.   Down the hall there are two more bedrooms, one with a double bed and another with two sets of bunk beds, along with the third bathroom.  Rainy day and the kids can't be outside?  Turn on the Sky satellite TV network and everyone can enjoy some popcorn while watching a favorite show.  

Casa Erika also has a very private casita (small apt.) on the grounds that will accommodate two more in your party.  The casita, located in front of the main house, has a small efficiency kitchen, private bathroom and a king bed accommodation.  This might be the perfect locale for Grandma and Grandpa....or perhaps even a honeymoon couple, with the honeymoon party occupying the main house.

Above rates are for occupying main house only - maximum 10 persons.  Please add $250.00 per week if also renting the private Casita Erika - maximum occupancy 2.

Rates are based upon an occupancy of up to ten in main house.  Please note above if also reserving the casita.  Casita Erika will not be rented by any other party when the main house is occupied.
