Welcome to Casa Delfin
Casa Delfin was conceived and built by a well known local architect. This super two story villa is located at the end of Avenida 10 Sur, in a quiet Corpus Christi neighborhood. Only two blocks from the ocean front and very close to Cozumel’s largest grocery store, Delfin is an easy walk to the center square, great restaurants and a shopping bonanza.
Upon entering Casa Delfin, you cannot help but note the open and airy surroundings. Overhead skylights allow a constant play of light and screen doors and overhead fans together with mini-split air conditioners, will keep you cool on warm summer days.

The first floor of Casa Delfin boasts a comfortable and colorful living room space, a modern fully outfitted kitchen, and a dining room with seating for six. Also on this first level, you will find a full bath and bedroom number one furnished with twin beds. We are happy to remake any twin bed configuration into a king size bed, should you so choose.

The owners of this vacation villa want you to enjoy your stay, and have provided many extras that clients are sure to enjoy. The living room space has Cable TV, a full library of DVD’s, CD’s, a reading library and numerous board games. If you wish to bring your laptop, please let us know in advance and we are happy to provide an internet connection.

The second story of Casa Delfin is accessed by a unique open wooden staircase. At the top of the stairs you will find a delightful second floor terrace with chairs and table. What a great spot for watching a Caribbean sunset or enjoying that first cup of the day. On this second level you will find two more bedrooms and two full baths, one with king bed and the second with twins. Should you wish to accommodate a larger group at Casa Delfin (maximum eight) there is a queen blowup bed that will easily sleep two more.

Splish, Splash....Casa Delfin Pool
No more dreaming of sun, sand and surf….it’s time to cool off in the pool at Casa Delfin. Jump on in the water is lovely! This backyard beauty even boasts a ladder and at four foot deep, is shallow enough for the bigger kids. You’ll love the dolphins cavorting across the wall of the pool. Slip into an Adirondack and soak up some rays or sip a tropical drink under the market umbrella. Divers and snorkelers will appreciate the rinse tank and drying area…perfect for washing sand and salt from gear.
