This terrific bi-level home is located on a large double lot in the well known Corpus Cristi neighborhood, a five minute stroll from the ocean….or a leisurely walk from the center of town. What a great location!

Tastefully furnished and decorated with flair, Casa Tina begs one to unwind and relax in any one of a number of spacious and soothing spots.  The downstairs open floor plan allows you to converse with your group whether cooking in the fully-outfitted kitchen, lazing in the living room or setting the table for a delicious seafood dinner.   Bring along your laptop, and you are welcome to use the high speed internet service to browse your email.

Craving the outdoors? Open the custom made French doors from the dining room and step out onto the umbrella-covered patio where you can enjoy a cold cerveza and snack on your favorite nachos while making good use of the barbecue. Perhaps you just want to lounge by the pool taking in the sun’s rays and working on that perfect tan. Climb the stairs to the second story terrace and catch a balmy breeze where you can gaze out over the expansive gardens. Pick some fruit from one of the trees for your exotic drinks. This backyard area also features a rinse tank and drying area for the divers and snorkelers in your party.

Looking to escape the heat or tired out after a long day of diving? Slip back inside to one
of the three perfectly air-conditioned bedrooms and catch a catnap. Bedroom one on the first floor has two twins that can be made up as a king. Second floor accommodations include a second bedroom with two twins (also available as a king) and a third bedroom with king bed. Full baths can be found on each of the two levels of this terrific villa.
